The granadilla has an excellent source of potassium, calcium, phosphorus, iron and fiber, it provides essential vitamins for the body such as: vitamin B1, B2, C and provitamin A. It also contains proteins and carbohydrates. The juice is used as a digestive stimulant, it also controls acidity, and helps to heal ulcers. The granadilla is high in fiber when consumed with the seeds.
